ROBERT ELLIS, FOUNDER & CEO
Robert Ellis is a highly experienced professional in the entertainment industry, with over 30 years of expertise in Production Management and Stage Management for live performances, film, and television. He has worked in various capacities, showcasing his versatility and skillset. Currently, Robert holds the position of Director of Production for the Sports & Entertainment Division at Events DC.
His extensive experience has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry as a whole, allowing him to excel in various mediums and effectively manage diverse teams. This expertise has led him to venture into film and television production, resulting in the establishment of Noir Media, LLC.
PAM TROTTER, ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
Pam Trotter is a multi-talented individual with a diverse background in Human Resources, Finance, and Development. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she currently resides in Los Angeles, California. Over the past 25 years, Ms. Trotter has gained extensive experience working with various non-profit organizations, private companies, and entertainment industry entities. As an owner of Kree Entertainment, Pam has successfully combined her business and finance skills with her passion for music, film, and live entertainment.
In addition to her work behind the scenes, Pam is also an accomplished actress, singer, and performer. She has showcased her talents on television, film, and stage productions. With her versatile skills and dedication to the arts, Pam believes in the power of promoting healing in our world through artistic expression.
JEFFREY BODDIE II, OPERATIONS LEAD
Jeffrey Boddie II is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience managing logistics, implementing technology solutions and coordinating projects both large and small. At Noir Media he ensures smooth day-to-day operations and workflows in addition to developing and implementing policies and procedures.
He is currently a Production Manager for the Sports & Entertainment Division at Events DC. Where he is a member of the team responsible for several of the city’s major events for local, national and international clients.
LEE LEVINGSTON PERINE, CREATIVE PRODUCER
Lee Levingston Perine is a St. Louis-born, Washington, DC-based curator, cultural strategist, and creative producer. His work builds community while celebrating the artistry, diversity, and resilience of Black communities. As a history lover, Lee is committed to documenting and sharing the stories of Black elders and ancestors for present and future generations. In 2020, he founded Black in Space, a collective of creatives, curators, and storytellers committed to Black joy and liberation. Since lifting off, Black in Space has collaborated with local and national organizations to produce digital content and virtual and in-person events.
